Season and multi-day permits allows families to fish in Areas 1, 3 and 4 and camp within designated campgrounds in Areas 1 and 2. Daily Permits allows families to fish in Areas 1, 3, and 4 and camp within designated campgrounds in Areas 1 and 2. All persons must have a permit to fish in Area 2 regardless of age.

A family is defined as a husband and wife and children under the age of 14 years of age.

(A) Daily Bag limit: 10 trout, no length requirement.

(B) The use of motor propelled crafts on the lakes is prohibited.

(C) All motorbike, ATV and snowmobile riding are prohibited.

(D) Woodcutting, hunting, huckleberry, mushroom, beargrass, boughs or other unlisted harvest is not permitted.

(E) Dogs must be kept on a leash.

(F) No horses allowed.

(G) Overnight camping at Trout Lake only.

(H) NO LENGTH LIMIT OR BAG LIMIT ON BROOK TROUT.

(I) NO FISHING IN STREAMS.

A fishing permit also serves as a camping permit.

Turn at mile post 97 on Hwy 26. Follow signs to High Lakes. Approximately 15 miles to Trout Lake on an unpaved road.
